IPS was founded in 2019 by a group of oil industry experts who wanted to do things differently. Our founder noticed that gas lift facilities are designed round larger centralised facilities that take many years to build, which are costly, inflexible and hard to adapt to changes in well behaviour, as wells age over time. Plus, these larger facilities centralised are rarely economic for marginal fragmented fields.
Our approach was simple take existing technologies, miniaturise and make portable. From this concept our first AutoBooST product was born 2020 the Gas Lift Xpress GX- 50. In recent years, IPS has expanded our product portfolio to include a Mobile Multiphase Boosting Products, Mobile Pipeline Decommissioning Products as well as Mobile Early Production Facilities.
